Sarah is experienced in inventory control, buying, product management, USDA regulations, and finance. Her areas of expertise include employee management, organic food service, brand development, vendor relationships, inventory control, customer service, and bringing new products to market.

I have founded multiple businesses and hold numerous accomplishments, including being the first person to introduce a computer into a grocery store and implementing the first dual-screen checkout system. My expertise extends to the creation of POS sale software for grocery stores, and I am also the founder of the first all-organic grocery store. In addition, I head the family operations and hold a Master's degree from USC. People often refer to me as a true visionary in the industry.
